- ALL CHARGEBACKS PLACED WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BAN FROM MY SHOP! Filing false chargebacks is considered stealing not to mention I have to pay additional fees and the report stays on my account. This is FRAUD. Anyone considering this- you will be caught with the tracking and additional measures I take. Even if you place a chargeback under true intentions, unfortunately, it will still result in an immediate ban from my shop. Please, if you have ANY issue with your order, please email me, comment on videos, dm on Instagram- LITERALLY ANYTHING besides immediately filing a chargeback. It does not matter the amount of the order- any chargebacks placed will result in a ban with shopping at Kacie's Honey Pot. I am also aware of people placing small orders and testing the chargeback method to see if I'll notice- I will, and you will promptly be blocked after I win the case! :) don't steal- it's not cool.
- I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS TO CRYSTAL HONEY POT SCOOPS- the reasoning is the fact that there is no way to track if I get all the content of the scoop back, but if you ever have an inssue or if youre unhappy, please reach out and ill try to see what we can do!
- Shipping can take up to two weeks, I apologize for the delay but please understand that hand wrapping each crystal, packing them securely and all my extra packaging takes a really long time and when I recieve a lot of orders at once, it is hard to fufill very quickly since it is only me. Please know that I take pride in the care that I wrap my crystals tight and safe and snug as a bug to you. Taking the extra steps and measures to package your order might take a little longer to pack but its worth it if all the crystals get home safe!
- I pack all orders under the same name and address together, if you would like them seperate, please make a note in the check out section. Please understand I will not issue refunds for the extra shipping costs of multiple orders. Understand if you order multiple times during one restock and do not tell me otherwise, I will pack them together. I do this because 1- the smaller the package the more chances it'll get thrown by the postal service, crushed by other mail and or broken. Also this is in place to save on shipping supplies and unecessary waste on materials. Not to mention the more you add to the single package, the weight increase the price of the label so I would still need the extra shipping price to cover everything in one box. I also pack them together automatically because I get so many requests to pack them together that i've made it a part of my policy. By ordering multiple times, you understand I will pack multiple orders together and not issue a refund for the extra shipping costs, fees or taxes taken by Big Cartel. I will not issue refunds for the extra shipping costs, or fees to any multiple orders packed together. If you would like them packed separately or any other special requests, please make a note in the note section upon check out and I will gladly follow them! Thank You!
- I do not give refunds untill all items are back, and safely in my posession. If you shall wish to refund any item and it comes back broken, poorly wrapped or damaged in any way other than how it orginally left my hands, I will not give a refund.
- Melted body butters will be handled case by case, I take the extra precautions in wrapping and conceling their temperature but under the unfortunate rare occurance, a melted butter will still work but I will offer a partial store credit for the butter! Please dont leave packages out in the sun for too long, to firm up your butter, place in the frudge! DO NOT EAT!
- If something arrives broken or something appears wrong, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or for a quicker response, DM on instagram at @kacieshoneypot I will gladly replace or fix the situation to the best of my abilities after 1 week of receiving the item. After 1 week, if the item breaks or not what you wanted, I cannot offer a replacement or store credit.
- Please understand that im human too, I live my own busy life as a college student running her own business. I only ask you to BEE patient and BEE mindful especially with situations out of my hands like a product arriving broken or the policies i've stated above, I promise you, if you're kind and patient to me, ill jump over the moon to try and fix the starts for you... to the best of my abilities :)
- I am not responsible for allergies or contamination, I do not promise no contamination with other oils, scents, pigments etc. THIS ALSO INCLUDE CATS, my cats are in my same space since I work out of my home, if your allergy is so severe that a crystal cant even touch a cat- please avoid my crystals and I am not liable. My recipes are always changing, or any kind of sickness that one can claim they got from my products, if you have a peanut allergy- please let me know.
