- Whats the most important thing to do after a crystal live sale?
- DIRECT MESSAGE ME ON INSTAGRAM- (kacieshoneypot or link in bio) that is the first thing and most important thing to do after every livesale that you claim an item. you have 24 hours after the live sale ends to reach out, i recommend to dm immediately after a claim and leave the live to dm then come back to live, so you dont forget. if you dont do this, your items will be put back and after three times of not following through with your claims, you will no longer be allowed to claim during a livesale.
- Why are livesale prices different than the prices on your website?
- So actually, they are not! For example, I sell my mini carvings typically arround $8 on livesales, on my website they are listed for $8.88. Unfortunately, there are so many possible combinations you can make when shopping on my website that it's rather impossible to predict the correct shipping when making the listing. So, I add cents on to some items to help accomidate for that. On livesales, you will be making up for that in shipping since I can better guess shipping and quote you more accurately when I make your invoice!
- Do you offer refunds on scoops?
- unfortunately, no since there is no way to track if I get the complete eintire scoop in the return and all its contents. there is always a gamble of people not getting exactly what they want in a scoop. but if you ever have an issue with your scoop, or if youre unhappy please shoot me a dm and I would love to work it out with you!
- How do crystal live sales work?
- all live sales will be held on Tiktok @kacieshoneypot and while normally, you would shop through a website, adding to your cart, you get a honey pot shopping experience with me and everyone on the live, to add items to your basket simply say "claim A30" or whatever letter and price of the item you want.
- How do I claim crystals?
- the crystals will have a sticker either on the top or under the crystal (i will show or tell you upon request) this sticker will read a letter and a number next to it, the letter is to help identify exactly which crystal you're referring too considering there might be multiple crystals with the same price, the number next to the letter is the price of that specific crystal. to claim crystals during a livesale, type the letter and number of the crystal ex: "Claim A10" I will then make you a basket and you can keep shopping!
- Do you bargain?
- Yes and no! I am open to it on bigger items or higher priced items and if somone claims at full price, I will go for the full price claim first. Please be respectful and reasonable when attempting to bargain
- How long does shipping take?
- Shippping can take a week up to two weeks! Please keep in mind I am one person with no helpers and I strive for secure and beautiful packing! I take extra time carefully wrapping not to mention the freebies that I love to throw in :) Once your package is packed, you'll recieve a tracking number in an email, please use that tracking number to track your babies!
- How do I decide who gets the crystal if multiple people want it?
- this happens quite a bit! thats why livesales are so fun and exciting! but when this happens, I go by the first person to be specific and clear in their claim, please understand that it will always be based on my end on who I see first on my screen and use the accepted phrasing for a claim:

- please note that using phrases not accepted or stated above will result in me ignoring your claim, I do this because there might be confusion between a claim and just simply stating desires, I also get a lot of trolls or children who have no intention on purchasing, using the correct phrases to claim makes it clear and confident!
- How do I pay for my crystals?
- when you reach out to me on instagram as instructed after every claim on a livesale, I will write you an invoice with each item and price including shipping. after that, I will upload a name block in "crystal invoices" on my website with the same name written on your invoice, click "add to cart" and buy- super simple! also shipping is calculated at checkout so your total will be before shipping as stated on the invoice, then shipping will be added when you checkout.
- How long do I have to pay my invoice?
- after I have sent you the written invoice through instagram dms (kacieshoneypot) or link in bio- you have 24 hours to pay as instructed above, after those 24 hours and a reminder from me, your items will sadly go back on the table and youll recieve a strike :(
- What is the "Three Strike Rule"?
- due to the unfortunate amount of trolls and children who claim with no intent on purchasing, every honeybee has three chances to reach out to me within 24 hours after claiming, and pay within 24 hours after recieving the written invoice on instgram. after three "strikes" you will no longer be allowed to claim on a crystal live sale :( However, if your basket is over $100 and you dont reach out or pay wihtin 24 hours, you'll recieve an automatic three "strikes" (but ofcourse im super flexible and accomidating but only if you communicate that, so just let me know! please understand that this really hurts us small businesses when you abandon your claims so this rule is very important)
- Do you offer payment plans?
- yes I do! when you reach out on instagram, let me know you want to do a payment plan and we can work it out weekly or monthly but only orders over $50 and please understand I cannot ship out your beautiful crystals untill i recieve the full amount!
- Can I keep my basket open more than 24 hours to continue to claim on another sale?
- ofcourse! again, always just let me know what you can do and wanna do through instagram dms and ill help you out for sure!
- Can I resell your crystals in my shop?
- no, please do not sell my crystals and please do not buy crystals from me with the intent to resell! I take pride in having the eye for picking out beautiful and special crystals as I see so much in a day from all my wholesalers. I would appreciate if people only got the special hand-picked crystals by me- from me. I have my sellers permit and all legal documents which allows me to shop crystals on a wholesale level, that makes me not a wholesaler- please dont use me as one. thanks for understanding!
- There is an issue with my order! What do I do?
- First- relax, everything will be okay and im so understadning and no matter what, I strive to make everything right and I want you to be happy. Just be open and honest with me so we can find a solution! But incase there is an issue, something is broken, maybe you used the wrong address- please email me, dm me on instagram, comment on Tiktok- anything! As long as you dont file a chargeback (according to my policy if you file one- no matter the reason, it will result in a ban from shopping at Kacie's Honey Pot) I cannot replace or refund stolen or crystals sent to the wrong address. If you ever want a refund or to return your package simply write "RTS" or "RETURN TO SENDER" Then place in your mailbox or give to the mailman and he will give it back to me at no extra charge. Once I recieve the crystals we can work on a refund! But please, the first step to ANY issue would be best resolved in Instagram DMs!

things to remember- sometimes tiktok blocks comments, so if I dont see your claim, you might need to say it again and maybe check if anyone else can see your comments in the chat. also there is a time delay on the live so please be paitent with me, im also one person and sometimes trying to answer a question to 200 people at the same time. please remember to reach out to instagram every livesale that you make a claim in! and please do not buy my crystals with the intent to resell. As well as purchase on my website while im doing a livesale on Tiktok live as that can severly mess up inventory and other claims and ofcourse, if you ever need anything- im always a buzz away!
